Will grinding my teeth break my implants? 1 Year, 8 Months ago Karma: 0
I recently started grinding my teeth, not sure why. When I wake up in the morning my crown feels funny. Will grinding my teeth cause my crown to break? What can I do to stop grinding my teeth or protect my crown?

If your implant crown is high or hits during your excursions, it could cause your implant to fail prematurely. Why don't you visit your dentist to have him check your bite and your excursions. He can make an adjustment if he feels it is needed.
