I'd be afraid to try and go 'under' during any tooth surgery procedure. If I did, I'd want to find a dentist I could trust, and I'd want to hear reviews from other people. Accidents are never a good thing. I'd bet there are a ton of San Francisco dentists who I could choose from should I ever need braces, etc.
