Even though money is tight, treat your smile right!. Do not skimp on prevention. Keep on going to the dentist for your regular check ups and cleanings. You should continue having cleanings and check ups at least twice per year. This will keep you smile and your mouth healthy. Healthy gums are an important part of maintainning an attractive smile .. Healthy gingival tissue is the' icing on the cake'. Now is not the time to go on a preventive dentistry diet! Furthermore, periodontal health has been shown to possitively effect not only your oral health, but your overall health. Periodontal disease has been linked to Cardiovascular disease!
